Krasota Restaurant Gift Certificate Usage Rules

  • The Krasota gift certificate is valid as payment at Krasota restaurant only.

  • Gift certificates are available in denominations of 2500, 5000, 10000 and 25000 dirhams. This amount serves as a deposit for ticket booking and beverages at the Krasota restaurant (KRASOTA RESTAURANT LLC.).

  • The gift certificate can only be used once, partial redemption is not possible. If the certificate is not fully used, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over.

  • If the total bill exceeds the value of the certificate, the difference must be paid by client.

  • Multiple gift certificates can be used at once, as long as the total value does not exceed 25000 AED.

  • The certificate must be used before the expiration date indicated on it, which is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.

  • The certificate cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  • If you plan to purchase the certificate as a gift, you can choose to receive it in electronic format or in a gift package when placing and paying for the order on the website. You can also collect the certificate at the restaurant, or arrange delivery according to your preferred method for extra payment.
