- The Krasota gift certificate serves as a form of payment at both the gastrotheater and the restaurant.
- Gift certificates are available in denominations of 3000, 6000, 12000, and 25000 AED.
- These amounts act as a deposit for food and drinks at the Krasota restaurant and gastrotheatre.
- A gift certificate can be used only once and cannot be redeemed multiple times.
- If the full value of the certificate is not utilized, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over.
- In the event that the bill exceeds the value of the certificate, the difference must be paid.
- The certificate is valid until the expiration date indicated on it (valid for a calendar year from the date of purchase).
- Refunds and exchanges for cash are not possible.
- If you plan to purchase a certificate as a gift, you can order and pay on the website to receive an electronic version or a gift-wrapped physical certificate.
- You may pick up the gift-wrapped certificate at the restaurant or arrange for delivery to the recipient's address.
